You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at [email protected]. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and a return shipping label. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
Certain items are non-refundable, including custom orders and digital products. Sale items are also non-refundable unless they are faulty.
